Sales Journal
Print the Sales Journal before you post transactions to check for mistakes and omissions. The journal serves as an audit trail of sales transactions. If you find incorrect transactions in the Sales Journal, use the Orders function to edit or delete the issues.
The Sales Journal includes cost information, but the unit cost of non-serialized items is only an estimate. The system updates the unit cost of non-serialized items (based on your costing method) when you post.
